At our meetings we provide a wide variety of events, some educational, some cultural and some social.

This past year we have had talks from RNLI, Air Ambulance, PRRT on their services and Crime Prevention.

Some of our social events include joining our UDR friends for their St Patrick’s Day celebrations.  We have an annual visit to the South Eastern Regional College where the trainee chef’s treat us to fine dining.  We also had a Gala Dinner at Parliament Buildings to celebrate 100 years of policing.

This year we are visiting the Retired Garda in Dublin.  The visit will include a reception from the Retired Garda.  We will also visit Garda Headquarters and their museum.  We will also have a reception from the Lord Mayor in Mansion House, Dublin.

To conclude the year we have our annual BBQ at Decorum, Bangor.
